We invite international and regional organizations, the private sector, academia, the technical community and civil society groups to endorse the Compact and take active part in its implementation and follow-up. We request the Secretary-General to put in place modalities for the voluntary endorsement of this Compact, and to make this information public and accessible from December 2024.

An online platform is in place by the end of 2025 to display stakeholder endorsements and commitments to the Global Digital Compact.

Digital cooperation cannot be built by governments alone. This action opens the door for civil society, the private sector, academia and others to endorse the Global Digital Compact and help drive its implementation. By making endorsements public and accessible, it fosters transparency, shared ownership and real-world momentum behind global digital principles.

Q3 2025 ¨C end 2026: Targeted outreach to stakeholders will be undertaken to encourage and broaden endorsement.

Q4 2025: An updated and publicly available list of endorsers will be published.
