The Commissioner-General of the UN Pavilion marked the occasion by attending the world premiere of Future Kid Takara, an animated film produced by NHK Enterprises that raises awareness of the SDGs, particularly in the context of climate change. In his remarks, the Commissioner-General encouraged the audience to reflect on how they can contribute to the SDGs in their own ways. We were also pleased to welcome representatives from NHK Enterprises, as well as Prof. Seita Emori of the University of Tokyo and Ms. Ayako Sakurada, an 'Eco-Announcer', to the UN Pavilion after the event.
