Digital Cooperation Day will take place from 09:00–17:30 ET, with the reception commencing at 16:30 ET.

The event will take place at , outside the United Nations Headquarters. Please allow additional travel time, as traffic in the area may be affected due to security measures near the United Nations Headquarters.

Badge collection will take place from 07:30–09:00 ET at the event venue (605 3rd Avenue). All participants must bring a valid, government-issued form of identification to collect their badge.

The dress code for Digital Cooperation Day is business casual.

UNGA 81 Digital Cooperation Day 2026 is an invitation-only event. Those interested in attending Digital Cooperation Day are invited to fill out the following . Completion of this form does not constitute registration and does not guarantee attendance.

Should your expression of interest in attending be approved, you will receive an email from digitalcooperation@un.org confirming your registration and inviting you to complete an additional form to secure your spot. Please note that invitees must complete this additional form to participate in the event.

There is no registration fee to attend Digital Cooperation Day.

Please note that all travel, accommodation, health insurance, visa arrangements and other related costs are the responsibility of the participant.

If you are unable to attend Digital Cooperation Day, please let us know as soon as possible at digitalcooperation@un.org so we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list. If you would like to update your mode of attendance to “remote”, kindly indicate this in your email as well.

Registrations are personal and cannot be transferred; if someone else from your organization would like to attend in your place, please ask them to submit an expression of interest and note the change in your email to us.

Live broadcast will be available for certain sessions. A live feed will be linked on our website for attendees who indicated remote participation in their expression of interest.

The United Nations Secretariat is unable to offer travel support to attendees at this time.

Should this pose a challenge to your ability to attend the event in person, selected sessions of this event will be available via live broadcast. All participants attending in person are encouraged to book their flights and accommodations ahead of schedule once their spot has been secured.

Given the short timeframe before the event, we are unable to issue visa support letters for this year’s Digital Cooperation Day with sufficient time for visa processing.

Drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day, as well as during the reception. Options will be made available for those with dietary restrictions.

Wi-Fi will be available to all participants attending the event.

Participants will have space to self-check their coats and bags if preferred.

Interpretation services will not be available for this event. All sessions, presentations and materials will be conducted exclusively in English, unless otherwise indicated.

The venue is wheelchair accessible. Should you have any specific accessibility requirements, kindly inform our team in advance at digitalcooperation@un.org. Our team will do its best to accommodate these requests.
