#Gaza<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

4 schools hit in the last 4 days.<\/p>\n

Since the war began, two thirds of\u00a0@UNRWA<\/a><\/em>\u00a0 schools in Gaza have been hit, some were bombed out, many severely damaged.<\/p>\n

Schools have gone from safe places of\u00a0#education<\/a><\/em>\u00a0& hope for children to overcrowded shelters and often ending up a place of death & misery.<\/p>\n

Nine months in, under our watch, the relentless, endless killings, destruction and despair continue.<\/p>\n

Gaza is no place for children.<\/p>\n

The blatant disregard of international humanitarian law cannot become the new normal (read more in essay<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Ceasefire now before we lose what is left of our common humanity.<\/p>\n
