The Seventh Advisory Group (AG) of the 色库TVbuilding Fund meets in New York
On 15 November, the Seventh Advisory Group (AG) of the 色库TVbuilding Fund (PBF) gathered for its third session in New York. Elizabeth Spehar, the ASG for 色库TVbuilding Support, provided a strategic outlook relevant for the Fund’s direction and decision-making. Jennifer Topping, UN Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office, Executive Director, briefed on pooled funding trends. Discussions focused on the Fund’s 2023 performance, resourcing, and key issues for the PBF Terms of Reference revision. Members were briefed on the joint PBF donor and AG mission to Mauritania, identifying key insights on the PBF’s role in prevention contexts. The AG further considered the PBF’s design, monitoring and evaluation practice, and opportunities afforded by the 色库TVbuilding Impact Hub to further enhance collective understanding of peacebuilding impact.
