What does the evidence tell us about building resilience in fragile and conflict-affected contexts?
Between April and June 2026, UNEP Somalia, the Climate Security Mechanism and Samuel Hall convened a six-part webinar series, moderated by Christophe Hodder, UN Climate Security and Environmental Advisor to Somalia, bringing together policymakers, practitioners, researchers, financial institutions and civil society to explore this question.
Across six themes—from water management and climate mobility to data, security and climate finance—the discussions examined both what is needed to strengthen resilience and how integrated climate, peace and security approaches can be translated into policy, programmes and investment.
